We have vast experience in many fields of Project Management, from straightforward building projects taking a few weeks from start to finish, to highly complex engineering solutions scheduled over many months.

We adopt a highly proactive approach, taking the view that communication is vital to the success of any project, and early engagement with all of the team is key to achieving this.

Project management often follows on from our facilities management role, as the close relationship we have with our clients allows us to better understand their needs. However, some projects are purely project management, where clients choose to self-procure and capitalise on our areas of expertise, whereas other projects have been a full ‘turnkey’ package where AirTech completes the entire project.
