Managing Director
Mike has over 35 years’ experience in the building services industry. As Managing Director, he leads operations across Optimise, all while remaining hands-on and comfortable on site sharing the benefit of his deep practical knowledge. Mike provides technical support across all areas of the business directly and through mentoring.
Thomas Abel
Facilities Manager
Tom brings over 20 years of facilities management experience to the team. Known for his eye for detail and thorough industry knowledge, he plays a key role in keeping our FM operations running smoothly and consistently.
George Jackson
Operations Manager
George has 15 years of Operations and Management experience and is also a highly skilled mechanical engineer. He supports our multi-discipline, multi-client delivery by bringing a practical, solutions-focused approach to day-to-day operations.
Karl Jackson
Compliance Officer
Karl has been with the company for 10 years and is a highly knowledgeable engineer. As Compliance Officer, he oversees day-to-day compliance, subcontractor compliance & auditing, and health and safety, as well as maintaining our ISO accreditations. Karl also manages our CAFM system.
Tom Jackson
Senior Engineer
Tom started his career as a Commissioning Engineer and has spent his entire working life around M&E services. With almost 20 years’ experience, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge to every job and is a trusted technical point of reference across the team.
Amy Shaw
Business Development Executive
Amy has 14 years of customer service and sales experience and recently joined the team. She now leads on business development & sales, and she also drives our media and communications activity.
Dominika Fryzlewicz
Financial & Credit Controller
Dominika has been with us for seven years and previously worked within the FM industry. As our Financial and Credit Controller, she manages day-to-day financial. operations and credit control, helping keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes.
